"This was our first experience in Lake Geneva. The location of The Cove is just great though the layout of the hotel was a little off-putting with all the ramps and stuff to get to our suite; strange design. The suite itself, number 228, was super clean and really comfy, though I didn't like the laminate floors and the outlets were not good either; nothing seemed to fit into them and stay! That was quite inconvenient . Would we come again? Yes. We appreciated that it had full dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. The bed was quite comfortable but the couch and chair in the living room, not so much... Still, overall, very nice."
"This was a last minute weekend getaway. We truly enjoyed our time at the cove. The staff was great. The only thing I would say bad is that the rooms definitely need to be updated, at the very least they should have some smart TVs for people to at least log into their streaming channels. The rooms are definitely livable and it doesnthe job just outdated."
"Nice hotel, although a continental breakfast would round out the amenities. Also need to upgrade the beds as they still rocking the old spring mattresses. New beds, arrange them where they are NOT right at the door, and add a continental breakfast and this hotel will be the cream of the crop, given its awesome location right across from the lake. But the staff was amazing and the rooms in general were really nice. 4.5 stars for my taste."
