American Heating And Air Plus LLC

"We had our furnace go out unexpectedly, and even though we had a contract with a local company, they couldn’t get us in when we needed help. We called American Heating and Air Plus LLC, and they arrived in less than an hour—which was a lifesaver. As a fitness center, keeping our clients warm and comfortable before their workouts is extremely important to us. Their team quickly fixed our furnace and made sure everything was working properly. What really stood out was the excellent follow-up afterward to make sure we were completely happy with the service. Professional, responsive, and reliable from start to finish. Thank you for taking such great care of us—we truly appreciate it!"

"We had an issue with our new furnace short cycling. Turns out our Nest thermostat is the issue. Josh diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. American Heating and Air Plus has been our go to for the past several years. Very satisfied with their professionalism and customer service. Forgot to add that American Heating and Air Plus installed our new HVAC system in December of 2025. Worked with Jack on the options, Jack sent the quote, we approved, install team showed up and was done in about four hours. Install team was very friendly and was more than willing to answer all my questions. They left the area cleaner than it was before the install. Very impressed."

"From the minute, I opened the door, and met the technician Nate. I felt confident in his performance before he even got started. Greeted me at the front door with a smile and a handshake with his booties on his feet. He got right to work, checking out the furnace, adjusting all the connections on the April Air, replacing the furnace filters, and installing a new thermostat. Explained and showed me everything that he had done. He went over the install of the thermostat and connecting it to our Wi-Fi and showing us how to operate it on our phones. Cleaned up everything when he was done, I was quite impressed with the service I received from American heating & air plus. (Plus), it says it in their name, His company goes above and beyond to treat their customers with respect and give them the outmost in service. I highly recommend this company, they are my go to on all my heating and air-conditioning from now on. Larry Miller"
