Geneva Lakefront Realty, LLC

"We went through the process of interviewing 4 different agencies in the Geneva Lakes area to represent the listing of the home we were tasked to sell. Karen stood out as being very professional, kind, a good listener, and excited to work with us to maximize value. In collaboration, we were able to clean and stage the house quickly and get in on the market for a quick sale. Her team, Jessica and David, were also helpful in stepping up for an open house, walking the property to give advice and areas of focus, as well as provide names of area contractors to help the property have its best showing. We were very pleased with Karen and Geneva Lakefront Realty and would heartily recommend them to others looking for a buyer or seller's agent."

"Jessica was born to be a real estate agent! She was the selling agent of a property I purchased. I didn't have an agent but Jessica helped us through every step of the process. She was knowledgeable and personable and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for us. She is kind and generous and I couldn't have done this without her. Whether you are buying or selling, she will have your back!"

"Very experienced, professional and friendly staff. Great experience in supporting our needs. We were working along with David Curry, leveraging his relationship and negotiation skills, which resulted in a very favorable experience in buying our new home. We highly recommend David Curry."
