"I've been working with Kevin Daleen and Daleen Property Management for quite some time. Kevin and his staff are always professional, timely and extremely helpful. Kevin goes out of his way to listen to what my needs are and help formulate solutions. Kevin is a great communicator and is always very quick to respond. Daleen Property Management will either take care of projects directly or contract with an ever-growing list reputable trade people for larger projects. I have worked with Kevin on very large projects and the outcome has always been great."

"I use Daleen Property Management Service to care for my home in Lake Geneva.I have known Kevin and his family for over 20 years and have to say he a is first class gentleman. In addition to his character and caring personality he is extremely responsive and has a mechanical aptitude that goes beyond a conventional property management Company. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team."

"We belong to a community association in Lake Geneva Wisconsin where Kevin Daleen began as the manager of the boat dock, which comprised of a dozen boats. He excelled in his role. Primarily because of his attention to detail, work ethic, and customer service focus. He earned rave reviews from the homeowners. When the property manager role opened up, the association quickly decided to offer Kevin the job, despite his young age. Over the last several years he has done an outstanding job. The association, South Shore Club, has never run better. The South Shore Club has forty homes and many amenities including a pool and tennis courts. He handles it all very well, including all the typical homeowner complaints and issues. I also use Kevin and his company for periodic work at my specific house. He is responsive and delivers on what he says. I would highly recommend!"
